This Rosary was made for a Grandmother and it is quite unique.
We started the Rosary with her (the Grandmother's ) birthstone color for the 1st Our Father bead.
The next 3 Hail Mary beads represent the 3 children of the family.
The next Our Father bead represents her husband (the Grandfather.)
The 1st decade is the Grandfather
2nd decade is the Grandmother
3rd decade is child #1 with spouse and 2 children
4th decade is child #2 with spouse and 2 children
5th decade is child #3 with spouse and 4 children.

This Rosary is made in Sterling Silver and 7mm Aurora Borealis Beads.
Birthstone colors shown in this Rosary are, Garnet, Amethyst, Aquamarine, Crystal, Emerald, Alexandrite,Ruby Crysolite, Rose, Topaz, and Lt. Sapphire.
That's right. 11 colors were used to make this Rosary.
