The first 3 Hail Mary beads represent her husband's birthstone color, Ruby Red.

The first decade, Dark Sapphire, is for the daughter.
The second decade, Dark Sapphire, is for the son.
The third decade, Light Lavender, is for the daughter.
The fourth decade, Ruby Red, is for the son.
The fifth decade, composed of Ruby Red is for the daughter,
Aquamarine is for the son-in-law.
Topaz for grandson,
Light Lavender for granddaughter,
